The resort is located at the Tasik Ria Beach about 50 minutes from the airport and a half an hour ride from Manado city.

The accommodation consisting of 11 standard two-room cottages and 3 family cottages are nestled among lush landscaped grounds and all cottages face either the beach area or swimming pool. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with hot and cold shower and also come with TV and refrigerator.

Two fast custom-built dive boats bring divers to the Bunaken Manado - Tua National Marine Park in about 35-40 minutes. The world famous Marine Park which offers spectacular wall dives with a wide range of marine life and beautiful hard and soft corals. The resort also offers fabulous "house reef" which is a real macro photographer's paradise, and a 10 minutes boat ride bring divers to another spectacular fringing reefs teeming with life.
