Bekasi Introduction
Bekasi (Indonesian: Kota Bekasi) is a growing suburb in West Java, Indonesia, located on the eastern border of DKI Jakarta in the Jabotabek metropolitan region. To the south is Bogor Regency, east is Bekasi Regency.
Substantial urban areas surround the city. It serves as a commuter sity for Jakarta, although it has notable trade, business and processing industries. These are primarily clustered in the area of Karawang.
