Notifications and Fees:

• Advanced reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• A resort fee is collected at the time of booking
• Minimum Spring Break check-in age is 18 years old.
• There are no room charges for children 3 years old and younger who occupy the same room as their parents or guardians, using existing bedding. Children may not be eligible for complimentary breakfast, if one is offered.

The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out.

• New Year's Eve (31 December) Gala Dinner per child: THB 1900 (up to 11 years old)
